As a first-generation college filmmaker, I'm deeply passionate about storytelling and film adaptations of my favorite intellectual properties. I actually have a super specific goal in mind! In 5-10 years time, I want to work for the
video game studio giant known as Riot Games, based in Santa Monica, and more
specifically work for their story/creative writing department, where I would be able to
(legally) create narratives and backstories for the characters and fantasy worlds I love.
I eventually want to become a showrunner for shows based on their games/IPs,
of which I am a huge fan of.
Beyond this, I would eventually like to direct a dream feature length film funded by
a studio, and then follow the steps of my idol, Korean director Bong Joon-Ho, and
win the Academy Award for Best Picture. A tall task, but I will do my best to complete it!
